Run your first review
- Export a fresh product CSV from Shopify. Keep an untouched backup.
- Choose that export as the baseline and your edited file as the proposed update.
- Compare the files. Review risks and manual checks before examining routine changes.
- Download the report. It is a review artifact, not an import-ready product file.
Common problems
My file will not parse
Export as UTF-8, comma-separated CSV. Fix unmatched quotes, duplicate headers, and rows with inconsistent field counts. Excel workbooks and semicolon-delimited CSV files must be exported in the supported format.
Why are my variants unmatched?
Matching uses the exact handle and all three option values. A changed option is deliberately not guessed by SKU. Compare those rows manually and check whether Shopify will recreate variant IDs.
How do I work with a large catalog?
Split both files into corresponding product groups below the file and row limits. Keep all rows for each handle together. A partial baseline can make an existing product look new.
Where can I get purchase help or a refund?
Use the seller contact on your Gumroad receipt for delivery problems and refund requests. Mandatory rights and the payment platform's policies apply.

For purchase support, contact Jamie McInnes using the address on your Gumroad receipt. Use the report to inspect the flagged fields and consult Shopify's documentation for import errors. Do not publish your store export or private product data. For a support report, include browser version, the error message, and a small synthetic example only.
